Dr. Rohit Bansal is working as Assistant Professor in Department of Management Studies in Vaish College of Engineering, Rohtak. He is a perseverant, passionate academician cum seasoned professional. He obtained Ph.D. in Management from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. With a rich experience of 14 years, he has achieved growth through robust and proactive academic initiatives. He has authored & edited 16 books with renowned national & international publishers including IGI Global USA, Scrivener-Wiley Publishing, De Gruyter, Weser Books, Scholar’s Press, Germany etc. In addition to, Dr. Rohit has published 120 research papers and chapters in journals of repute including Scopus indexed as well as edited books. He has also presented papers in 45 conferences and seminars. His area of interest includes marketing management, organizational behaviour, services marketing, customer engagement, digital marketing, human resource management and organizational development. He has proficiency in handling graduate and post graduate students by using interactive discussions and “hands-on” approaches to help them undergo experiential learning. He is on Editorial Advisory Board as a member in 125 national and international peer reviewed journals. He is Managing Editor of International Journal of 360° Management Review & International
Journal of Techno – Management Research. He has served as member of technical committee in many international conferences. He has reviewed more than 600 articles for international peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Rohit has acted as Session Chair in many conferences including 4 th International Online Conference on “Recent Advancements in Interdisciplinary Research” organized by Foundation of Innovative Research held on May 8-9, 2020. He has also been invited as session chair in International E-Conference on “Changing Scenario of Management, Science & Technology” organized by Indian Academicians and Researchers Association (IARA) held on June 14,2020. He Received “Excellence in Teaching Award” with 5 star rating in Edge India Times Award organized by Edge India Publications Private Limited held on 15th November 2020 through virtual mode. He has published a patent titled “Artificial Intelligence and IOT Based COVID- 19 Early Warning System for Senior Citizens” and certificate of grant was received from Commissioner of Patents, Australian Government, IP Australia. Apart from this, he has published ten Indian Patents. Two research scholars have been awarded Ph.D. under his co- supervision and three scholars are currently pursuing Ph.D. under his guidance. He is a member of many national and international organizations.
